Aircraft engine nozzle test stand

The main purpose of this device is the dynamic test of the airplane engine fuel nozzle. In the dynamic test, with a certain pressure and flow rate, the three factors of the spray angle, the amount and intensity of the spray, and the uniformity of the fuel spray in the nozzle are checked. This device has a dynamic fuel system with pressure and flow corresponding to the desired aircraft engine. The tank capacity of this device is designed according to the amount of fuel needed for the test. Also, this device includes a nitrogen pressure line with the ability to adjust the pressure independently. Computer, touch screen, mouse and industrial keyboard are used for monitoring and controlling the test in this device.
The standard fluid of this device is MIL-C-7024-Type 2 calibration fuel and the components of this device are adapted to all the properties of this fluid. The design and construction of this device has been completely done by Armita Engineering Company and its performance is guaranteed.
